Job summary

Boise State University Foundation seeks an Advancement Systems Specialist to manage data flow from external sources into the foundation database and support reporting needs. You will apply quality control protocols under guidance and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work independently on moderate projects, maintain documentation, and assist in the setup of records for campaigns and events while supporting database health and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or other CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Import records into the Raiser's Edge database from external sources and maintain documentation.
• Create complex queries, exports, and custom reports; assist staff with reporting needs.
• Develop macros and formulas; set up master records for campaigns, events, and other entities.
• Provide training and guidance on database capabilities and data rules.
