Job summary

Global Teen Challenge is seeking a Development Coordinator for Adult Programs to drive donor relations, plan fundraising events, and support community outreach. You will collaborate with the Advancement team and Center Director to grow our ministry.

The role requires a natural relationship-builder with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and coordinating campaigns to sustain life-changing programs and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising events including Open Houses, Galas, and Golf Tournaments.
• Build and maintain relationships with current, lapsed, and prospective donors.
• Lead an Event Committee and manage event budgets from start to finish.
• Represent Global Teen Challenge at community events, churches, and meetings.
• Identify and pursue new donor prospects.
• Support the Student Sponsorship Program and donor engagement campaigns.
• Manage donor database, reporting, and administrative tasks.

What the Development Coordinator Will Do

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of our fundraising efforts — cultivating donor relationships, planning events, and connecting our community with the work we do every day. One will partner closely with our Advancement team and local Center Director to:

• Plan and execute fundraising events including Open Houses, Galas, and Golf Tournaments
• Build and maintain relationships with current, lapsed, and prospective donors
