Job summary

Lighthouse Christian School, Inc. in Gig Harbor is seeking an Advancement Associate to help ensure advancement office processes are professional and aligned with our mission. You will coordinate communications, admissions, development, marketing, events, and other duties as assigned.

The role reports to the Director of Advancement and requires strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork to support a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a born-again Christian and credible Christian role model.
• Active member of an evangelical Trinitarian church.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Advancement with communications across platforms (newsletters, screens, social media).
• Support implementation of strategic communications plans and marketing projects.
• Organize and support school events with the Advancement team and staff.
• Coordinate admissions/enrollment data using Renweb/FACTS and paper files.
• Lead tours for prospective families and assist with parent ambassador programs.
