Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, advancement, or alumni relations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and/or web content.
• Strong event planning and project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic Advancement communications strategy, ensuring integration with the University’s marketing and communications priorities.
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for donor and alumni publications, newsletters, websites, and social media.
• Create compelling stories that showcase donor and alumni impact, philanthropic priorities, and University achievements.
• Manage Advancement’s social media presence to increase engagement and grow audiences.
• Coordinate planning and execution of digital campaigns and events; collaborate with campus partners.
• Track and report on communications, engagement, and event metrics and maintain CRM records.
