The Dalton School seeks a full-time Advancement Associate to provide proactive administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer and the Advancement team at 1065 Park Avenue. The role is 100% in-person, with additional duties including managing Dalton’s Driver’s Ed program and supporting fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, updating calendars, processing invoices, and maintaining donor records in Raiser's Edge.
Salary Range: $58,000 - $60,000. Placement in the range is commensurate with experience.

The Advancement Associate will provide proactive and effective administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer and the Advancement team. The individual should have an understanding of, and appreciation for, The Dalton School’s mission, enjoy multitasking, and have the talent and ability to successfully work with colleagues. Additional responsibilities outside the Advancement team include managing Dalton’s Driver’s Ed program. This position is 100% in‑person.
