Job summary

City University of New York Graduate Center seeks a Non-Teaching Adjunct, Level 1 in the Office of Institutional Advancement and Communications. The role runs 225 hours in fall, 225 hours in spring, and 100 hours in summer, reporting to the Director of Individual Giving and Advancement Administrative Director.

The position focuses on data-driven engagement, analytics, and tailored communications to donors and alumni, with CRM duties and event support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with CRM (Raiser’s Edge or similar) and data analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with data management, analysis, and interpretation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven engagement and fundraising through analytics and targeted lists.
• Design responsive giving pages based on analytics and best practices.
• Develop digital marketing strategy and email communication plan with senior staff.
• Create and monitor metrics to measure donor and alumni participation.
