Job summary

The University of California, Davis Health in California is seeking a CLIN NURSE 2 for the Advanced Wound Care Clinic. You will provide direct patient care, perform wound assessments, and implement advanced wound care modalities within a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates will hold a CA RN license, BLS certification, and wound care credentials. With 3+ years of wound care experience, you will contribute to patient education, care coordination, and evidence-based practice in a 100%

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license without restrictions.
• AHA/Red Cross BLS or UC Davis Health CPR certification.
• Wound care certifications CWCN, WTA-C, or WCC.
• Accredited nursing program graduation.
• At least 3 years wound care RN experience in multiple settings.
• Experience with advanced wound care modalities.
• English literacy and terminology proficiency.
• Commitment to patient care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, wound assessment, dressing changes, and immunizations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing plans of care.
• Lead and delegate duties, train staff, and ensure policy compliance.
• Engage in patient and staff education and quality improvement.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for complex wound care.
