Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Wound Care Provider to lead wound care initiatives within our Mobile Wound Care Division. You will deliver comprehensive care directly to patients in homes and local facilities, applying advanced therapies and clinical judgment to drive optimal healing.

Ideal candidates are NP or PA with proven wound care expertise, strong decision-making, and leadership abilities.

• Active NP/PA license with wound care experience.
• Experience delivering care in home/mobile settings.
