Job summary

NIVA Health's Mobile Wound Care Division seeks an experienced NP or PA to lead advanced wound care in home and facility settings. You will deliver evidence-based therapies, exercise clinical autonomy, and drive quality improvements.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate across disciplines, maintain meticulous EMR documentation, and contribute to clinical innovations across multiple states. A valid healthcare license and a track record in wound care are required.
