Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced NP/PA to lead advanced wound care within our Mobile Wound Care Division in California. You will independently manage wound care patients across homes and facilities, applying cutting-edge therapies and clinical judgment to drive healing and quality.

You will mentor teammates, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to clinical quality initiatives while maintaining thorough EMR documentation in a dynamic mobile setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with advanced wound care experience.
