WyoTech is seeking industry professionals to train the next generation in our Applied Welding Technology program in Laramie, WY. This role allows you to share knowledge with students, even without prior teaching experience, aligning with our mission of Best Training, Best Experience, Best Outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in welding/fabricating industry.
• Proficient in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW.
• Experience reading blueprints, cutting techniques, and CNC usage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• AWS, API, CIC, or other industry certifications are a plus.
• Course and curriculum development, project development, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce WyoTech policies; advise students on attendance, grades, and professionalism.
• Submit grades, tests, attendance; plan class instruction; utilize CANVAS LMS.
• Support safety procedures; encourage safe, quality work.
• Maintain and repair class equipment; secure work area.
• Attend instructor meetings, graduations, and participate in curriculum development.
