Job summary

Magnaflow in Oceanside, CA is seeking experienced welders to join a crew performing spin welding, TIG welding, valve assembly, and robotic welding operations on stainless steel components.

You’ll work with robotic systems, read complex instructions, and maintain safety and Lean Manufacturing practices. The position requires a high school diploma and 5 years welding experience; bilingual English/Spanish training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require welding certification.
• 5+ years welding stainless steel products; familiar with MIG process.
• Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions and drawings.
• Robot operation or programming experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Bilingual training available in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform spin welding operations using hand tools per checklist.
• TIG welding (GTAW) on precision components.
• Valve assembly welding per sequence and prep instructions.
• Operate robotic welding systems and monitor weld quality.
• Program robotic welder parameters and load programs.
• Heat exchanger welding per safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training.
• Perform other duties as required.
