Job summary
Reading Truck Group is seeking a Truck Installation Technician to install specialty truck equipment under the supervision of the Shop Supervisor. You will install truck bodies, plows, and various commercial accessories, and you may mount hitches, shelves, drawers, ladder racks, and related items.
Basic welding, electrical, and hydraulic work is a plus. We offer a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge required.
- Basic welding skills, electrical wiring, hydraulics, etc. helpful.
Responsibilities
- Install truck bodies, plows, commercial truck accessories.
- Mount hitches, shelves, drawers, ladder racks, mud flaps, etc.
- Train with other mechanics as needed.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
