Job summary

Tire Discounters in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role includes training aimed at building skills for more advanced positions.

Responsibilities include tire installation, operation of tire balancers and machines, and accurate work orders. You will maintain the shop, assist customers and teammates, and promote a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Position Overview
As an Advance Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
