Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to help replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This entry‑level role emphasizes hands‑on training to build skills for more advanced positions within our family‑owned automotive service team.

You'll work with balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and support a safe, collaborative shop culture while providing outstanding service and supporting customers and coworkers daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Position Overview

As an Advance Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Compensation

Pay: $15.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Advance Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
