Tire Discounters in Hillsboro, OH is hiring an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You’ll work on customer vehicles with hands-on training designed to grow your skills toward advanced roles.

Position Overview

As an Advance Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Compensation

Pay: $15.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Advance Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
