Job summary

Tire Discounters in Fayetteville, GA is seeking an Advanced Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You'll receive hands-on training to grow in more advanced roles while delivering a WOW customer experience.

In this role you will install tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop organized and safe. Availability on Saturdays and physical stamina are required to meet our fast-paced service standards.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
