Tire Discounters, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires. This hands-on role offers training to build skills for more advanced positions and a clear career path within a growing family-owned retailer.

You will install/repair tires, operate tire machines, complete work orders, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe shop environment. This entry-level position offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Available to work Saturdays.

• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and basic shop safety.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
