Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for more advanced roles.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and provide outstanding customer service while keeping the shop safe and organized. Join a family-owned company that values growth and teamwork.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers’ needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
