Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires and to learn skills for advancing roles. You will gain hands-on training and contribute to a safe, efficient shop environment while delivering great service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, team-focused and prepared to meet customer needs with professionalism and care. Compensation includes overtime and commission opportunities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Saturdays as needed.

Position Overview

As an Advance Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Available to work Saturdays.

• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation

• Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
