Job summary

Tire Discounters, a family-owned tire and automotive service retailer, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, operate balancers and machines, and ensure accurate work orders. Training is provided to build skills for advanced roles.

We value safety and customer service, with a focus on teamwork and meeting customers' needs. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00+ per hour, with overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
