Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in an on-site role. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles and receive hands-on training to build skills for more advanced positions.

You'll install tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop and equipment organized while delivering top-notch customer service in a safe, collaborative environment. Earn $14.00-$16.00+ per hour with overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional outdoor conditions and mechanical hazards.
• Compensation includes $14.00-$16.00+ per hour with overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:
