You will contribute to a fast-paced shop, ensuring workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a service-first mindset, with paid weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a clear career progression path across service roles.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
• Paid Weekly
