Tire Discounters is hiring an Advance Tire Technician in Tennessee. The role involves replacing, repairing, and rotating tires, with hands-on training to advance to more senior tire service positions. You will work in a shop environment focused on safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with overtime included and a monthly store bonus. The position offers weekly pay and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
