Tire Discounters, Inc. in Grove City, OH is looking for an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You’ll receive hands-on training and a clear path to more advanced roles within a fast-paced shop.

You will install tires, operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and maintain the shop and equipment. You’ll also assist customers and coworkers, delivering outstanding service in a safe, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
