By leading a small innovation team and collaborating closely with R&D, Product Management, Clinical, and Business leaders, this role transforms cutting-edge ideas into market-ready products that deliver clinical and business impact.**Your role:*** Lead the development and execution of the Advanced Technology & Innovation roadmap, aligning innovation initiatives with business and clinical priorities. Serve as a senior technical advisor on innovation strategy and future technology investments.* Identify, evaluate, and advance emerging technologies to create competitive differentiation, with a focus on AI, advanced algorithms, imaging, biomedical optics, computational modeling, and data-driven solutions. Drive innovation from concept and feasibility through product development and commercialization.* Provide technical leadership for strategic technology platforms and product initiatives.
