Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit steel components per drawings and blueprints.
• Verify conformance using rulers, squares, and tapes.
• Weld steel members and position pieces for assemblies.
• Operate hoists/cranes to move heavy components.
• Maintain workflow and support supervision on shop floor.
• Train and mentor junior fitters as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
