Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking an Advanced Research Associate to drive the development of new spatial biology products and improve existing assays. You will collaborate across R&D to design and execute experiments based on ISH/IHC-based workflows, analyze data, and present findings in technical forums.

Ideal candidates have a degree in molecular biology or related field, with experience in microscopy, assay development, and ELN/LIMS documentation.

Qualifications

Degree in molecular biology, cell biology, life sciences, or related field.
BS + 3 years of industry experience or MS with 0–2 years of experience.
Experience with microscopy, assay development, image analysis, data interpretation and presentation.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of advanced spatial biology products and applications.
Follow experimental design and document experiments to advance product development.
Analyze, interpret and summarize data; present findings in technical forums.
Own project deliverables including reports, design control documents, SOPs and guidance.
Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
Contribute high-quality technical writing to project deliverables.
Train colleagues on procedures and core concepts.
Support product commercialization and quality system objectives.
