The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Advanced Software Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse teams worldwide. You will:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance cloud software supporting customer-facing applications and internal tools that enhance operational excellence and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners—product managers, UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders—to define, develop, and deploy high-quality features in an agile environment.
• Participate in the entire software lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, and monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Engage in code reviews, retrospectives, and design discussions to share feedback, learn, and improve practices.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher and 1 year of software development experience in Agile teams

or

• A High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in Agile development

Additional helpful qualifications include experience with AWS services, serverless architectures, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and experience with technologies like Python, Angular, C#, Java, Docker, and security standards.
