Placements24 is seeking an Advanced Skincare & Facial Specialist for a premier salon and day spa in Upington, Northern Cape. The role focuses on performing advanced facial treatments, conducting detailed skin analyses, and recommending personalized skincare plans to enhance client confidence.

You will educate clients on home routines, stay current with skincare technologies, and maintain strict hygiene standards while building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive spa

Formación

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Esthetics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a skincare specialist or advanced facialist.
• Proven expertise in performing a variety of advanced facial treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, anatomy and common skin concerns.
• Familiarity with professional skincare product lines and their application.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose skin conditions and recommend effective treatments.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for achieving optimal skin results.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required by the salon schedule.
• Proactive approach to client care and continuous learning.

• Manage client appointments and ensure a seamless client experience from booking to follow-up.
• Promote the sale of professional skincare products with expert recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering of skincare supplies.
