Formación

• 4+ years hands-on dermal therapy experience.
• Diplomas/certifications in somatology or aesthetics are essential.
• Proven expertise in facial techniques, peels, and microneedling.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced dermal therapies including deep cleansing, exfoliation and hydration.
• Administer professional chemical peels, micro-needling and other resurfacing techniques.
• Operate and manage equipment for skin analysis and rejuvenation (skin scanners, LED devices).
• Assess clients, diagnose skin conditions and tailor treatment plans.
• Educate clients on home care and product recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and adjust protocols as needed.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sterilization standards.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of services, including advanced facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, and non-ablative laser therapies. Working within a sophisticated clinic environment in the Free State, you will utilize cutting-edge technology and premium skincare products to address a wide range of client concerns, from acne and hyperpigmentation to fine lines and wrinkles. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced dermal therapies, including deep cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating treatments.
• Administer professional-grade chemical peels, micro-needling, and other resurfacing techniques.
• Operate and manage specialized equipment for skin analysis and rejuvenation (e.g., skin scanners, LED therapy devices).
• Conduct thorough client assessments, diagnose skin conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Educate clients on proper home care routines and product recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous client records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment protocols as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sterilization protocols in the clinic.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and innovations in dermal therapy and cosmetic science.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining clinic inventory and ensuring all treatment rooms are well-equipped.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Dermal Therapist or highly skilled Aesthetician.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Somatology, CIDESCO, ITEC) are essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing advanced facial techniques, peels, and micro-needling.
• Proficiency with various skin analysis tools and rejuvenation technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skin physiology, and common skin disorders.
• Strong client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly.
• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to treatment execution and record-keeping.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Welkom, Free State.
