Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; An Associates degree in electronics or completion of Vo-Tech Simulator Maintenance Program, or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) is desirable.
• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance of aircrew training devices or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex non-routine problems.

Responsibilities

• Provides ATD student and instructor support.
• Performs maintenance of training devices and support equipment, including troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Performs maintenance on equipment with voltages in excess of 3,000 volts.
• Collaborates with engineering staff on device modifications.
• Prepares maintenance reports and documentation.
