Job summary
Lockheed Martin in Manassas, VA is looking for a Signal Processing Systems Engineer to join the Rotary and Mission Systems division. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, and verify signal and image processing solutions for advanced platforms.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 2+ years of experience in signal processing, with MATLAB or similar tools, and experience with requirements decomposition, verification, and system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience in Signal Processing
- Experience researching and prototyping algorithms in MATLAB or similar tool
- Experience with system analysis and requirements decomposition - requirements verification
- Experience with Test Method definition and Test Procedure development
Responsibilities
- Working with a multidisciplinary team employing a systems engineering approach to requirements, system architecture, and interface definitions
- Developing and prototyping algorithms
- Supporting solution implementation
- Establishing Verification and Validation approaches for new and updated software
- Analyzing system requirements
- Developing and maintaining systems engineering documentation (requirements, system design, interface definition, etc.)
