Job summary

Signature Signs & Graphics is seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator & Installer to join our team in a hands-on role. You will fabricate and install signs at customer locations, operate CNC routers, bucket trucks, and welding equipment, and help maintain a safe, efficient shop and job-site environment.

The ideal candidate has CDL-B, a clean driving record, and a proven ability to work safely and independently or with a team. Reliable attendance and physical stamina are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign fabrication and installation required.
• Experience operating CNC routers.
• Welding experience required.
• Experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts.
• Class B CDL.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely, follow directions, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish signs.
• Operate shop equipment and fabrication tools.
• Install signs at customer locations.
• Safely operate bucket trucks and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with welding, cutting, and other fabrication tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Represent Signature Signs & Graphics professionally at job sites.
