Job summary

Audi Mission Viejo is seeking a Service Technician with Audi repair experience or certification to join our busy Southern California service department.

Qualifications

• Technicians with strong European import experience who are willing to become Audi certified are encouraged to apply.
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• EV/Hybrid experience or certifications are a plus.
• Professional-grade tools required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Audi vehicles.
• Complete multi-point inspections and provide service recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize comebacks.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes.
• Communicate with clients on complex diagnosis and solutions.
• Keep work area organized, clean, and safe.
• Attend ongoing Audi training to maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest technologies.
• Maintain detailed records and reports.
• Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins.
