Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for K08 eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality cancer research transitioning mentored projects into independent plans.
• Formulate hypotheses with specific aims and design assays.
• Develop and maintain rigorous protocols ensuring data integrity.
• Demonstrate initiative in planning, executing, and interpreting research outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish strong mentorship relationships.
• Present findings in meetings, publish first-author manuscripts, and seek grant funding.
