Title: Advanced Sales Consultant / Planner

Industry/Product: Life Insurance focus (Annuity, DI and LTC as well)

Location: Remote

Compensation: 125-150k + Benefits

Questpro is excited to be working with a growing Life Insurance Brokerage General Agency BGA to help them identify and hire an experienced Advanced Sales Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position and will focus on working with the inside Sales team and the Agents/Advisors they work with to assist with higher end, more complicated business, estate and tax planning strategies for the Agent/Advisors clients. Life Insurance is the focus, but they offer Annuity, DI and LTC as well. This role can be remote and will require very little travel.

Required Experience Includes

• 7-10+ years of experience designing Advanced strategies using various forms of Life Insurance and related products to assist Advisors who have HNW clients looking for ways to minimize taxes, create better asset protection strategies, etc.
• Proven experience consulting directly with Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors, their HNW clients and Attorneys and CPA’s.
• Experience creating impactful illustrations and supplemental ledgers.
• In depth knowledge of various life insurance carriers and their products as well as their typical process and workflow for specific advanced designs and planning concepts.
• Well-versed in tax and related implications
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of premium funding strategies and product flexibility.
• Previous experience with Winflex and/or Ensight as well as various carrier software.
