Job summary

Autokiniton in Grand Ledge, Michigan is seeking a skilled technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery and electrical systems in a stamping and welded assembly plant. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of welding robotics, millwright experience, and be certified from a trade school in relevant fields. Qualifications

• Proven ability to interact well with co-workers and promote the 'Team' attitude.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs of machinery and electrical systems.
• Dismantles defective machines and installs new or repaired parts.
• Repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots.
• Diagnoses problems or repairs machines by discussing operation variations.

Skills

Knowledge of welding robotics

Millwright experience

Knowledge in FANUC, Motoman and/or ALLEN BRADLEY

Team attitude promotion

Education

Trade school certified as an Industrial/Electrician/Millwright or Industrial/Mechanic

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a technical school

High school diploma or GED

Journeyman’s Card (Preferred)
