Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in RF systems and production environments
• RF and controls expertise across a variety of applications
• Demonstrated experience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, and VNAs
• Soldering proficiency with ability to meet J-STD certification standards

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain advanced RF and antenna test facilities
• Author RF test procedures and analyze RF test data for reports to engineering and quality teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management to define test strategies
• Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, and diagnose equipment to meet high technical standards
• Analyze test data to identify cause-effect relationships and recommend improvements
