Formación

• Two to three years college level courses/Associates Degree/Diploma in Respiratory Care.
• License: New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner, NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist, ACLS/PALS, BLS.

Responsabilidades

• All Certified Respiratory Therapist responsibilities.
• Assist physicians with Bronchoscopy procedures with monitoring and sedation.
• Initiate ventilator protocols and manage ventilator care.
• Perform advanced airway care including tracheotomy changes, extubation and intubation.
• Initiate and monitor high-frequency ventilators.
• In NICU, surfactant delivery, intubation, and attend high-risk deliveries.
