Job summary

Dasco HME LLC seeks an Advanced Care Team Clinician to provide clinical insight and education to patients using home respiratory equipment. This role supports safe device use, maintains knowledge of equipment and services, and ensures regulatory compliance across care delivery.

The clinician educates patients and families, conducts NIV set-ups and home visits, and collaborates with physicians and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes. Travel to patient homes is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licensure as CRT, RRT, RN or LPN required or preferred.
• Six months’ clinical services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and families on diagnosis, care, equipment use and safety via phone, Telehealth or in person.
• Completes daily follow-ups with patients and NIV follow-ups.
• Performs NIV setups and home visits; participates in on-call as needed.
• Coordinates care plans with physicians and other clinicians; resolves patient care issues.
• Maintains knowledge of DASCO equipment and services and supports clinical outcomes operations.
