Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Rental Delivery Specialist to kick off the winter season by delivering equipment to guests’ doors. You will work in small teams, provide outstanding service, and support reservations and partner relationships across the resort.

Roles include setting up equipment in the employee store spaces, delivering to hotels and residences, and growing as a leader in a development‑driven culture. Training is provided for safety and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Receive order details and set up ski/snowboard equipment to guest specs.
• Organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with other specialists.
• Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions with safe driving standards.
• Interact professionally with guests inside residences, hotels, and lodges.
• Explain proper equipment use and fit guests to equipment.
• Answer guest questions about reservations, equipment, or the resort.
• Communicate with managers to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform duties as assigned.
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled.

Delivery Specialists will spend part of their shift in employee-only store spaces, completing the setup of ski/snowboard rental equipment andmaintainingshop organization.Mostof aSpecialistshift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.

Thismultifaceted position requires employees who can work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to a tight delivery schedule, and work with minimal supervision. Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Previouscustomer service or sales experience preferred (we will train you!)
• Keen to learn new skills, open-minded
• Excellent time management and ability to handle a time-sensitive delivery schedule
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be 18 years of age or older, & preferably*possessa valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (we’re also adaptable to make the job work for you)

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
