Schedule: Part-time: Shifts will fall on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and every other weekend

The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando

• Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando
• Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America
• Houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and cardiac catheterization labs in the country
• Provides service to over 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients annually

The role you’ll contribute:

The Advanced Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing and supervising respiratory clinical care for specific age groups. They accept shift supervisory responsibilities in the absence of a Clinical Specialist or Supervisor. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating treatments to meet patient needs, adhering to compliance and safety standards, and participating in customer service excellence. They work as part of the multidisciplinary team, operating and managing life support equipment, reducing patient mortality and ICU stay through clinical decision-making, and managing inhaled medical gases.
