Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN)/ Physician Assistant (PA) - Future Opening

STGi is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide services at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Bloomington, Indiana. This role involves delivering professional clinical services under the supervision of the Primary Care Provider (PCP) within the scope of practice defined by state regulations and organizational standards.

Essential Functions include:

1. Providing primary and preventive care, including urgent and episodic evaluations.
2. Performing comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications.
3. Coordinating patient care with support staff and participating in team huddles.
4. Maintaining infection control practices and adhering to safety standards.
5. Documenting patient interactions accurately in medical records and managing follow-up care.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience as an APRN/PA; 3-5 years preferred.
• Current and unrestricted DEA license and state license.
• CPR/BLS certification from AHA or MTN.
• Prescriptive authority compliant with state regulations.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

Required Experience:

• Master's Degree in Nursing and certification from a recognized body for Nurse Practitioners, or a bachelor's degree in a related health field with NCCPA certification for PAs.
