InnovaCare Physician Management Services, LLCApplies and modifies the principles, methods and techniques of medicine to provide primary patient care. Work closely with Practice Administrator & Case Manager to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care. Cooperate with management in the direction of all clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of all clinic objectives. Evaluate medical procedures and everyday situations and suggest ways to improve delivery of service and profitability.Responsibilities:1. Provide medical treatment to patients.2. Chart all patient transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.3. Works closely with Medical Assistants to assure compliance of all applicable regulations.4. Communicate and work with medical staff to ensure coordinated efforts for the provision of high quality medical treatment and client service.5. Comply with ethical, legal & professional issues.6. Comply with applicable regulations and with corporate policies and procedures.7. Comply with quality assurance for all medical issues and assist in the solution of any medical problems.8. Contribute solutions to intra- and inter-departmental problems.9. Protect clinic assets and property against loss or waste through negligence or dishonesty.10. Participate in implementing special medical projects and services, such as on-site services.11.
