Job summary

A dedicated autism care provider in Avon, Indiana, is looking for an Advanced RBT to provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities include assisting with therapist training, maintaining credentialing, and implementing behavior protocols. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for minimum of 1 year.
• Knowledge of basic functions of behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive 1:1 therapy and support.
• Assist in training a small team of therapists.
• Complete and maintain Registered Behavior Technician credentialing.
