Qualifications
Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for minimum of 1 year.
Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions.
Implementing all skill acquisition programs & maintenance programs.
Conducting accurate data collection.
Responsibilities
Provide intensive 1:1 therapy and support to the clinical team.
Assist in training a small team of therapists.
Substitutes for or implements 1:1 therapists as needed.
Monitor & track therapist feedback accurately.
