A leading autism support provider in Indianapolis is seeking an Advanced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) committed to helping children reach their full potential. You will provide intensive 1:1 therapy and support to the clinical team while training small teams of therapists to offer quality services. Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for minimum of 1 year.
• Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Implementing all skill acquisition programs & maintenance programs.
• Conducting accurate data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive 1:1 therapy and support to the clinical team.
• Assist in training a small team of therapists.
• Substitutes for or implements 1:1 therapists as needed.
• Monitor & track therapist feedback accurately.
