Responsibilities
- Substitute for or implement 1:1 therapy as needed.
- Maintain RBT credentialing.
- Assist with staff training on individual treatment plans, behavior plans, and RBT task list.
- Complete weekly treatment integrity checks and track therapist feedback.
- Manage therapists during support staff shifts and train them to lead group skills.
- Lead group skills sessions as required.
- Complete therapist competency checks.
- Assist therapists with paperwork & data collection.
- Assist in conducting assessments under supervision of Program Manager/Clinical Director; prepare new client supplies.
- Assist with all tasks associated with central reach.
- Demonstrate creativity and a “think‑outside‑the‑box” attitude to support clients.
- Consistently build rapport with clients & families.
- Maintain all outside training certifications (CPI, CPR, First Aid, RBT, etc.).
- Attend and implement feedback from weekly supervision with Program Manager.
- Assist Program Manager in prepping materials (insurance forms, parent notes, inventories, program materials).
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.
- Running.
- Ability to sustain impact to body in any area.
- Crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods.
- Bending at waist to touch knees/toes.
- Full range of motion of hands and arms.
- Sitting on floor and chair for long periods.
- Move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling without support.
- Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as an RBT.
- Direct 1:1 therapy sessions.
- Implementation of skill acquisition and maintenance programs.
- Accurate data collection.
- Implementation of all behavior protocols & FBA/BIPs.
- Flexible, creative, with excellent time‑management skills.
- Leadership experience and skills demonstrated.
- Knowledge of basic behavioral functions.
- Knowledge of data collection procedures.
Salary: up to $25.00/hour, based on education/experience.
Location: Indianapolis, IN.
