Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related scientific field with minimum 8 years of experience in a regulated scientific or laboratory environment.
• PhD with equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising scientific or technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex scientific research, method development, and analysis across disciplines to generate high‑quality data for program objectives.
• Lead a high‑performing scientific team, set expectations, develop talent, and ensure compliant scientific work.
• Plan and conduct technically challenging research programs from feasibility to validated outcomes, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical, chemical, or microbiological methods with robust documentation and standards adherence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to provide scientific expertise and ensure alignment with quality and compliance needs.
• Lead laboratory operations including equipment qualification, data review, and technical reporting.
