The role emphasizes mentorship, education of staff, and collaboration with a broad health care team to advance specialty practice. Licensure in PA and substantial clinical experience are required.

Competenze

• 7 years of current clinical practice with increased complexity and at least 2000 hours in specialty practice.
• PA-licensed Physical Therapist
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification

• Provides advanced therapy evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload across acute, skilled facility, acute rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Performs specialty-specific teaching and mentors staff/students/residents.

• Plans and delivers treatment programs that help clients recover and rehabilitate; documents progress, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
